The evil kingdom of Gola is ancient, with evil cults as it’s foundation. The transformation is referred to as the ascension of Gola. In the middle of the Obal’Daerum Wars it stretched as far as all the way up to today’s eastern borders of the empire. But they were ultimately defeated and the empire ends at the Golan Canyon nowadays. Ironically, the Golans are the only ones utilizing a democratic way of appointing leaders, in contrast to the elven and the imperial hereditary rule.
